We take the place of your Bank Manager and negotiate with the lenders on your behalf. Once we are satisfied with the package offered we submit your loan application and follow it through to settlement and beyond.
Firstly, we listen carefully in order to fully understand your needs. Once we know what you would like to achieve we can get to work with a strategic plan utilising suitable options available. We have access to over 45 lenders providing over 700 finanical products.
There is a minefield of choice and we like to ensure that all of our clients have a strong financial tool chest, tailored to their individual needs and requirements.
Our experience tells us that it is confusing comparing one loan type against another. We aim to take away the confusion and replace it with solid researched findings backed by many years of practical experience.
Areas we look at are: What is the best type of loan? Will you need a repayment holiday if you decide to start a family or go on a holiday? Do you need a fixed rate loan or a combination loan?

The business was established in 1997, and we are proud to say that our staff bring with them decades of experience from working within some of the countries major banks – this experience means that we understand the ‘behind the scenes’ operations of the major lenders and can clearly explain to our clients how to avoid common pitfalls and obtain the best available loan package with a minimum of fuss.
